Reminder that City Offices will be closed on Monday Oct 9th in honor of Columbus Day.

Crews will have parts of Page Road at Chickering Road closed on Wednesday Oct 4th from 8am till approx. 1pm. The closure will be necessary while they remove trees that have become a safety hazard along that corridor. Please plan accordingly with alternate routes or prepare for delays while this work is being performed.

Please slow down and be cautious. We have had several complaints of safety issues and speed along Kingsbury Drive. Metro Police will be doing extra enforcement in the area, and the city will be looking into options for additional traffic calming measures.

Metro Nashville is in the final stages of the new Percy Priest School contractor selection. We anticipate construction to begin this fall.

Questions and concerns arise about the jurisdiction of Granny White Pike – Nashville’s Mayors Office and their legal team ruled Granny White Pike Corridor and its east and west right of ways belong to Metro Nashville and should be maintained by NDOT.

Please utilize Metro Police Community Coordinator contacts for any non-emergency requests. See latest new for their direct contact information.

Don't forget that Recycle Day is coming up on September 30th!
