State Rep. Caleb Hemmer gets REAL ID Event Scheduled for Forest Hills Residents

The city of Forest Hills is pleased to have members of the Department of Safety & Homeland Security hold a REAL ID Event at Forest Hills City Hall on Friday June 13th, 2025, from 8:30am - 2:30pm.
A special thank you to State Representative Caleb Hemmer for all his help in making this event possible for our residents.
The below attachment is the REAL ID requirements, and all applicants will be charged duplicate fee for Real ID unless eligible for renewal. All proofs of residency must be printed out and all government issued documents (birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate, etc.) must be original no copies. Name changes different then birth certificate must provide legal name change document, marriage certificate and divorce decrees if necessary.

Note: Option to upload documents for preapproval within a week before event.
Must bring all documents to event for final approval.
Upload documents here for pre-approval no sooner than 30 days prior. Must be uploaded 5 days prior to event to guarantee approval. www.tn.gov/safety
Duplicates – $8.00 for first $12.00 after first duplicate
Renewals - $28.00 and up depending on endorsements.
ID Cards – Under 18 $4.50 and 12.00 over 18. New ID cards require documents listed above.
Reinstatement Information – free Letter printed out with detailed information needed for reinstatement.
Forms of payment accepted: Credit or Debit Card only.
No out of state transfers with mobile briefcase services
