After serving as the City Engineer for more than 23 years, Brad Bivens is moving on to his next chapter in life and continuing his engineering profession. Brad was employed with Neel-Schaffer Engineering and was assigned to the Forest Hills for over two decades which provided exceptional services to our city over the years.
During his time with the city, he provided professional services that were second to none and his institutional knowledge about the city was irreplaceable. Although we understand life happens and sometimes people move on for different reasons, he will truly be miss by all of us at the city.
As the City Manager, I am reminded of how many people he touched by all the positive and heart felt comments I receive on a daily basis. A ceremony was held at the Board of Commissioners meeting to honor his long service with the city and present him with a plaque and a formal resolution from the city.
Luke Sullivan with Neel-Schaffer will be taking on the role as the City Engineer for the City of Forest Hills. Luke has over 15 years' experience and will be a great asset to the city as we welcome him to our team.
