Lanson J. Hyde III retains his position as Mayor of the City of Forest Hills in the Nov 5th General Election in which he was unopposed. (The above picture is Charlotte Hunter (City Recorder) congratulating Lanson Hyde after swearing him in during open meeting).
Upon winning the election, he retained his position as a commissioner and all members agreed in open meeting to keep the same Board of Commissioners structure in place. The following Board of Commissioners structure is currently in effect.

Lanson Hyde III - Mayor
Henry Trost - Vice Mayor
James Gardner - Commissioner
We would like to congratulate Mayor Hyde on his re-election, and we look forward to working with him another 4 years. Vice Mayor Trost and Commissioner Gardner's term will expire in 2026.
