Metro Nashville will be scheduling their next early morning concrete pour for PPE School this Friday July 19th, 2024. Crews plan to have the pump truck to arrive between 3 to 3:30 a.m. and concrete will start being delivered around 4 a.m. The Lead Supervisor for the project has advised they have 2 more pours after this one that will occur within the next 3 weeks to finish up all of the building concrete.
This property is zone institutional and controlled by Metro Nashville Public School and also governed under their policy and procedures. Their policy allows special exemptions to the normal construction hours to cover very large commercial concrete pours that must be done in a timely manner to avoid large construction delays which usually take 12-14 hours to complete. These factors include time limitations, site set up, transportation scheduling, material availability, traffic, weather, and other logistics.
