Percy Priest Elementary- Percy Priest Elementary, located on the corner of Priest Road and Otter Creek Road, is the only public school within the city limits of Forest Hills. The school is part of the Metropolitan Nashville Public School system. The school officially opened its doors in September of 1957 as a K-6 school.

In 2023, MNPS was approved for construction of a brand-new school. The groundbreaking was in Sept 2023, and the doors to the new school are scheduled to be opened in the Fall of 2025 (See school rendering pic to the right).
